Denise is a Chicago native and now resides in Oak Park. Prior to living in Oak Park, she was a resident of one of its neighbors, Elmwood Park. Denise brings familiarity and knowledge of Chicago Neighborhoods, Oak Park and its surrounding suburbs to her clients. Her attitude is the same in everything she does; She is passionate, personable, accountable, driven and dedicated. She understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful, but to be part of one of her Client’s most important life event is extremely rewarding. Denise grew up in the south suburbs and has enjoyed living in the Oak Park area for over 20 years. She loves the community and the variety of beautiful homes and apartment buildings. Denise has valuable work experience in education and retail. Denise’s study of interior design, love of DIY home projects, and appreciation of architecture have led her to the field of real estate. Denise has many roles at Beyond Properties. In her capacity as the Office Manager, she assists the team with all aspects of client care and the transaction process. With her expertise, she also handles many general business tasks for Beyond Properties. Denise also thrives as a real estate broker. Michele resides in Oak Park and she is an Illinois licensed Broker since 2012. As a result of her art history studies at DePaul, Michele has a deep appreciation for art, history and architecture and a genuine passion for older homes. She loves the Oak Park/River Forest area for several reasons. The diversity in homes, the small town feel, the closeness to Chicago all make living here a great experience for her family. Michele joined Beyond Properties in 2018 after working at @properties and MSK Realty and has been an agent since 2012. Before that she worked as a loan officer. Her love of real estate, the home buying process and genuine desire to help people inspired her to get her brokers license and move into that role on a full-time basis. Born and raised in Elburn, Illinois to a contractor and interior decorator, Shannon's appreciation of housing and design was instilled in her from a very young age. Shannon had considered pursuing a career real estate for years, and finally got to a point where she could implement her skills to become a successful agent. She spent the past 17 years perfecting her customer service and communication skills in the service industry, as well as the airline industry. Her primary focus is to make others feel comfortable and appreciated with her dedication and transparency. She was drawn to Beyond Properties because their business methods and office atmosphere align with her values and work ethic. Shannon lived in Logan Square for 10 years before moving to Oak Park in 2021. She enjoys Pilates, yoga, and the outdoors. She became a realtor to provide clients with meaningful, impactful performance and is eager to help them find home of their dreams.
